This paper objective was to identify the main difficulties faced by technological base enterprises. It was made a technological companies literature review in order to reach the purposed objectives, by emphasizing its insertion in the actual regional developed context. Besides it was made a questioning research at the INFOMAR – Technological Incubator of Maringá (PR). There were identified difficulties especially about the financial process, planning, products commercialization and technological management. The results of the research have also shown that the beginning enterprises are those who face the most intense difficulties when compared with the ones who already exist for some time. This result naturally comes from the biggest learning period and also from accessible environment already taken by the enterprises which are in action for a longer time.
