This assignment is focus on the forming and structuring process of the Terra Roxa’s productive arrangement of children’s ready-to-wear clothes-embroidery. There are studied and presented many related factors to the arrangement, like the environment where it’s inserted, its historical, economical and social characteristics. The business company can’t be conditioned direct and indirectly by the environment where the agents are becoming part. In this case, the educational and physical infrastructure, the firms preparing for innovation, the firm interactive process of cooperation and internal and external apprenticeship are analyzed, as well as the firm’s development in search for dynamic competitive advantages. This case study offers that Terra Roxa’s arrangement of children’s ready-to-wear clothes-embroidery demonstrates a significant growth potential, in spite of the operational and financial difficulties. However it bumps into the absence of a professional coordinator that could run the advantages of differentiated goods in the market, the market growing demand and the trust relation between the local businessmen. That is to say that there are a pressing necessity to promote bonds of co-operation, interaction and articulation between the arrangement agents to run the productive potential of the recently established segment of Terra Roxa’s children’s ready-to-wear clothes-embroidery, in spite of a certain autonomy in the search of the self-development by the firms.
